Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity, then pack it securely in a shipping carton.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our horologists verify the watch's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
